The patent pending Hexapack method of packaging can replace the need to wood crate items approximately 99% of the time. Using the latest technology in weight redistribution, when a large amount of weight or pressure is applied to Hexapack, it maintains structure while protecting the item inside. Our patent pending Hexapack design consists of a layer of Hexacomb, with or without foam, lining the interior of corrugated boxes, trays, v boards, etc., giving Hexapack its wood-like strength without the extra weight. The foam provides a cushioning factor, further protecting the item inside without the use of excess cushioning materials.
